Location : You can get mountain view from the front rooms , soothing sound of river is complementary in all rooms i guess. Staff : This is the best part here the staff is really professional and very helpful. 10/10 in hospitality. Cleanliness : They are maintaining the standards common area , dinning area , rooms , sheets , washrooms are super clean. Clean , hygienic sheets and washrooms are most important part for any stay and yes they are keeping up on it. My recommendation : Yes go there and enjoy good service and hospitality , try to get a room with good view.

Such a warm welcoming host I must say. The views from the property were breathtaking and adding more to the appreciation was the hospitable staff and the owner who stood there all the time to comfort the guests. The food was so tantalizing and the cooks were happily serving till you burp. Must must must go if you want a home like stay in the woods with a bright sun and a good food.. The best property i have ever stayed in Pahalgam. Thank you @pahalgam pines for hosting such a wonderful warm stay.

Oh what a hidden gem in Pahalgam. This property has my heart. What makes it great is the exclusive view of the valley you get because of this place being at a slight height than the rest of the city. The cosy rooms are the epitome of aesthetics. You will find yourself your own tiny Switzerland in there. Ask for attic rooms. We visited in the winter and were lucky enough to see the city turn white thanks to the surreal views from this place. Wonder what we will see when we visit in the summer. The hospitality of the host is amazing. The staff is so so so humble and really helpful. Book this place without a blink! Sarvar bhai going to visit very soon like I promised! 😀

Brilliant location, excellent food but most importantly the cordial and helpful behaviour of all the staff members and the hotel management made our stay at the Pahalgam Pines one of my most memorable stays. I went there with my family and everyone, especially the children enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a stay that will literally be his/her home away from home.

Its not every day that you come across a vacation-stay that excels in all spheres of hospitality. Sameer does an excellent job in managing the hotel. His staff (ayaz manager) reception (umar) kitchen ( ahmad, irshad and others) along with their cleaning unit (+ other guys whose name ive forgotten) all of whom display the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring their guests have all their needs taken care of. What a wonderful breath of fresh air after a below average stay in srinagar houseboats & hotels. The hotel Location is amazing. Away from the hustle of the market area. Their price too is moderate and well worth it. The rooms are very clean and well laid out.

We stayed at Pehalgam Pines in late March. The view from the hotel is mesmerizing. Snow capped mountains, pine trees and the flowing Lidder river is the picture perfect postcard view offered from your rooms. The location is around 2 kms away from the main pehalgam market. This adds high value for travelers who want to be away from the hustle bustle of the main market. Mr Sarwar , the owner and his son samir took great care of us to ensure a seamless relaxing stay right from the hotel reservation point to the departure point at their hotel . Mr sarwar is an excellent host who has a sound understanding of his guests. All your local travel can be sorted from your hotel itself. Infact, Mr sarwar was kind enough to take us around in the evening to the local Mamleshwar templle. The staff are well trained and punctual. Highly recommend this hotel as it is friendly on your pocket for the views and service which it offers.
